I love that the home has the most beautiful mountain views, great neighbors, close to shopping/ restaurants and is located close to a brand new park just down the block.

If you love jogging, bike riding, or just going on a nice walk then having McAndrews and Hillcrest both right out your front door is just wonderful. The famous Roxy Ann Winery is also down the hill as well as a nice coffee shop.

One of the great aspects about this area is that some of our family's favorite restaurants are so close. We love eating at Vinnys Italian Restaurant, Si Casa Flores and Shoji's. When we have a sweet tooth we opt for Ruth and Sparky's.

Our favorite places to stock up on groceries nearby are Albertsons, Safeway and of course the fruit and vegetable market just down the street at the Roxy Ann Winery.

Some of the key points about the property that really drew us in were the fact that it is a large corner lot, the open floor plan with high ceilings to give lots of natural light and an open and airy feel as well as the gorgeous views of course. Schools are very close as well.

I think people should move to the area because it's a great neighborhood with well kept homes that's centrally located giving easy access to both area hospitals.
