Maker Faire Will Be Held on Ashland Property for the First Time!
One of the major draws for people who want to live in Ashland is the creativity of the area. The Mini Maker Faire is a new opportunity to tap into unusual ways to practice thinking outside the box. Be sure to make time to meet some of the makers who will be displaying their work and talking about their practice. Annika Schindler, of LAIKA animation studio, will talk about her journey with stop-motion animation on Saturday, November 19th at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There is a full schedule of other talks on a range of subjects, from STEM education to to photography.
