Local history buffs living in Grants Pass homes should make some time to visit Pottsville Historical Museum. Founded in 1959 by Debbs Potts in honor of the centennial of Oregon’s statehood, the museum is dedicated to bringing all aspects of the history of the state to life for current residents. There is a huge collection of items on display, from important legislation to objects connected to the logging industry. Admission is free, so it’s easy to visit the historic Grants Pass real estate location. Explore a pioneer village and outdoor exhibits, as well as the indoor displays.
