This event had been a fixture in the community for many years, but it was suspended in 2013 for lack of funds. This year, the Grants Pass and Josephine County Chamber of Commerce has taken on the task of finding sponsors and donations to pay for the fireworks and fun. To make sure all residents who live in Grants Pass and Josephine County can attend the fireworks, the tradition of free admission and parking was started. Community events like the July 4th celebration bring everyone together, which makes our community stronger.
